Born and brought up in Kent, G.B. University education in Cambridge,
G.B.
From 1978 professional experience in higher education at the Technical
University Aachen and the University of Duisburg and in continuing education
and training in numerous companies and organisations in Germany and abroad.
Short assignments in Slovenia and Poland. Appointed Professor in Constance
in 1998.
